At Medicare Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your medicines directly to your doorstep, both for domestic and international customers. Please review the following shipping and payment details to ensure a smooth and efficient process when ordering from our portal.

1. Providing the Correct Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete address details when placing an order. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or cancellations.

  • If delivering to a post office, please ensure the P.O. box number is correct.

  • For home deliveries, ensure you provide your full address, including state, city, street, and any nearby landmarks for proper identification by our courier team.

  • Any address mistakes may result in the package being returned to our delivery center. We will notify you, but will not reship the package until the correct address is provided.

2. Unforeseen Circumstances Impacting Delivery

Unpredictable situations such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics can affect our ability to deliver on time. In these cases, the delivery time may be extended, and we cannot guarantee a specific ETA.

  • We will inform you about any delays and hold your order until the situation is resolved.

  • In extreme cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order if the delay becomes too prolonged.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders: Typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • International orders: The expected delivery time is between 6 to 15 business days, but may vary due to external factors like weather, customs delays, or flight disruptions.

4. Customs Delay During Delivery

We are not responsible for customs delays once the package reaches its destination country. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes imposed by the government will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import rules for pharmaceuticals before placing an order.

  • Customs-related delays are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for them.

5. Untraceable Addresses

If your package cannot be delivered due to an untraceable address or missing recipient, it will be returned to our logistical center.

  • You will be notified via email or phone about the issue.

  • We will reship the package once we have the correct delivery details from you.
