Cancellation Policy

At Medicare Pharmacy, we strive to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of our cancellation policy, which is designed to provide flexibility while still maintaining certain guidelines.

1. How to Cancel Your Order

You can request a cancellation at any time before your order is delivered to your doorstep. Even after the product has been delivered, you can still request a cancellation and refund within 1 days of receiving your order.

How to cancel:

  • Log in to your account on our portal to cancel your order.

  • You can also call our customer service helpline and provide the order details to a customer support representative.

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

2. Payment for Cancellation Orders

You are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable charges. Refunds will be processed via online transfer only. We do not accept cash or banker’s cheque refunds for cancellation orders.

3. Cancellation Charges

There are certain charges that may be deducted from your refund:

  • Cancellation Charges: These are one-time charges that cover our operational costs, as we incur expenses on the backend when processing your order. These charges may vary based on the type of product.

  • Non-refundable Taxes: Any taxes paid at the time of order are non-refundable, as these are remitted to the government tax authorities.

4. Reasons for Cancellation

You may wish to cancel your order for the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Finding a better product elsewhere

  • Change of mind

  • Issues with our delivery service

  • Finding a cheaper alternative

5. Our Right to Cancel Your Order

In certain situations, Medicare Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel your order. This decision is at the discretion of our management. In such cases, your refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

6. Cancellation Due to Out-of-Stock Products

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

7. Cancellation Due to Non-Receipt of Payment

In some cases, if payment is not received or processed correctly, your order will be canceled. We will notify you by email and ensure that no charges are deducted from your refund.

8. Cancellation Due to Emergencies

In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or lockdowns during times of epidemic, we may be forced to cancel orders if delivery will be significantly delayed. Cancellation charges will apply in such cases, as outlined above.
