Return & Refund Policy
At Medicare Pharmacy, we are dedicated to providing outstanding service and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. We adhere to all relevant consumer protection laws regarding returns and refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order items within 1 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Policy
In compliance with public health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on medications, drugs, nutritional supplements, infant formula, pharmaceuticals, or personal hygiene products. These items are non-returnable due to health regulations.
2. Documentation of Purchase
To facilitate the return process, please have your receipt or order number available when contacting us. This will help us locate your order quickly and provide assistance.
3. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product, Medicare Pharmacy reserves the right to decline the return if it does not meet the conditions of our policy.
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product is in its original packaging.
The product is undamaged and saleable.
The return is made within 1 days of receipt.
4. Cancellation and Return Process
Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee may apply to orders canceled at the customer’s request. This will be decided at management’s discretion.
Shipping Returns: If you decide to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will need to return the product at your own cost. Please send the product via registered post and pack it securely to ensure that it can be tracked.
Product Responsibility: You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We cannot process returns for tampered items.
Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
Wrong Product: If the product you receive is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect product. We will either ship the correct item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective, contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order number and a description of the damage. Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Warranty support from the manufacturer
Replacement with a new product.
Product exchange
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the our payment method. Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned product.
